Setup Windows Mail
This tutorial will help you set up Windows Mail to work with your e-mail account. This tutorial focuses on setting up Windows Mail. If you need help setting up your email in with a different system, please check our support tab for those tutorials.- Open Windows Mail, from the Tools menu select Accounts.

- Click on the Add button.

- Select E-mail Account and click Next.

- Type in your name as you wish it to appear on outgoing messages and then click Next.

- Type your email address and then click Next

- Enter Server Information as follows:
- Incoming e-mail server type: Click on the drop down arrow and choose POP3
- Incoming Mail Server: mail.alpinewebsites.com
- Outgoing Server: mail.alpinewebsites.com
- Check the box: Outgoing server requires authentication

- Enter Logon Information as follows:
- E-mail username: your email address
- Password: your password

- Click Next and Finish.
- You should be in the Internet Accounts option now. Click on your account and then click the Properties button.

- Click on the Advanced Tab Change Outgoing mail (SMTP) to 8025.

- Click OK, then Close
